Innovative Designs Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment.  Components not manufactured by Innovative Designs Inc. are warranted by the component manufacturers and can be serviced by their local representatives.

THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE OF SUITABILITY FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR APPLICATION.  LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OR MISUSE OF THIS EQUIPMENT IS EXCLUDED TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Manufacturer's obligation is limited to repair or replacement, at manufacturer's option, of parts shown to be defective at time of shipment.  Written authorization must be obtained before returning any material for adjustment under this warranty and all transportation charges must be pre-paid.

Maximum liability of Innovative Designs Inc. is in no case to exceed the value of the "Super Snorkel" involved.

The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes in design or construction which in its opinion constitutes improvement.

Please note that corrosion is not considered a warranty problem, and problems arising from corrosion are not covered under warranty.  Innovative Designs has gone to great lengths to make the Super Snorkel product line as corrosion resistant as economically feasible.  However, saltwater will still corrode just about anything.  That is why we strongly urge the use of corrosion inhibiting sprays and proper maintenance.
